4 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg
1 tbsp. milk
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs
3 chicken breast halves, cut in half
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350. Coat a 9" x 13" baking dish with 4 tbsp. melted butter.

In a small bowl, mix the flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In a separate small bowl, beat together the egg and milk. In a third bowl, mix the cheese, and bread crumbs. On piece at a time, dredge chicken pieces in the flour mixture, dip in the egg mixture, then press in the bread crumb mixture to coats. Arrange the pieces in the baking dish. Drizzle 2 tbsp. butter evenly over chicken.

Bake 35 minutes or until coating is golden brown and chicken juices run clear.
