1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1 onion, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
3 T. vinegar
3 T. brown sugar
2 T. mustard
2 T. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together beef, bread crumbs, onion, beaten egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 can tomato sauce. Form into loaf, put in shallow pan (about 7x10). Combine the rest of the tomato sauce and all other ingredients. Pour over loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
