Crust:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
dash of salt

Filling:
6 eggs beaten
3 cups sugar
1/2 cup flour
9 T lemon juice (bottled)

Directions:
Directions:
Crust:
Combine all ingredients, mix well (like pie crust) Press mixture in jellyroll pan 10x16. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes until lighlty browned.

Filling:
Combine flour and sugar. Mix in beaten eggs and lemon juice. Pour onto a slightly cooled crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes until set. Cool before cutting into bars.
