Chicken Parm Recipe

Chicken breasts
Bread Crumbs
2 eggs
Mozzarella Cheese
Spaghetti Sauce

Preheat oven to 325
Line a pan with foil
Have piece of foil on the side to dry the chicken before frying
Place bread crumbs in a bowl
Beat the eggs with some milk - about of a cup
Cover bottom of a frying pan with oil
Beat the chicken breasts
Cover a piece of chicken with bread crumbs, dip in the egg mixture and then cover with bread crumbs again
Place on foil for drying
Continue the process for all of the chicken pieces
Let dry about 10 minutes
Fry the chicken pieces in the oil over medium/medium high heat until golden brown
Place in the foil lined pan
Cover pan with foil and bake for approximately 1 hour
Remove chicken from oven, uncover
Add sauce to the top of the chicken pieces, just to cover
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese
Place back in the oven, uncovered, until cheese is melted
Serve - Great with a side of spaghetti
