Apricot Jell-O Salad Recipe

1 lg box apricot Jell-O

1 medium (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained, save the juice)
4 bananas - sliced

1 egg - slightly beaten
1/2 C sugar
1/3 C pineapple juice
1 T flour
1 T butter

sm. box Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 pkg dream whip

Make Jell-O according to package instructions, add fruit and refrigerate to set.

Mix topping ingredients in order. Cook, stirring constantly until thickens, remove from heat, add 1 small Philadelphia Cream Cheese while still warm, stir in until blended, allow to cool.
Whip 1 pkg dream whip and fold into cooled topping mixture.
Spread evenly over Jell-O once it has set, cover and return to fridge until ready to serve.
