DRESSING:
½ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup chili sauce
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
¼ teaspoon dry mustard
¼ cup sugar
1 smaill onion, minced
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon red pepper

1 pound baby spinach, torn
⅔ cup Bibb lettuce
1 hard-boiled egg, crumbled
¾ cup crispy bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all dressing ingredients, mix and chill. Combine greens, add egg and bacon just prior to serving. Pour dressing over greens.
