1½ lb chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1 large onion, chopped
2 tsp. olive oil
⅛ tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper
2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
½ tsp. dried oregano
½ tsp. dried basil
½ cup dry white wine or cooking wine
14 oz can diced tomatoes with garlic and
oregano
4 oz feta cheese, crumbled
½ cup chopped fresh parsley, optional
1-12 oz. pkg angel hair pasta

Directions:

Cook angel hair pasta, as directed.

Cook chicken breasts pieces and chopped onion in olive oil on medium high in a large skillet for 8 to 10 minutes turning to cook all sides of chicken. Stir in salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, and basil. Stir in wine and cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes with juice, feta cheese, and parsley; stir and cook 1 to 3 minutes or until heated through. Serve over pasta.
