Sauce:
1 cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup ketchup,
1 - 2 T. sweet pickle relish

3 cups coleslaw mix
12 rye bread slices
1 - 1½ lb thinly sliced corned beef
6 slices Swiss cheese
3 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and pickle relish for sauce then add ½ cup sauce to coleslaw mix.

Spread remaining sauce on one side of each bread slice. Top 6 bread slices evenly with beef, cheese, and coleslaw. Then top with bread slice. Butter outside of bread and place on baking sheet and bake until bread is golden and cheese melts, or toast in a skillet.
