2 lb. new red potatoes, (about 14 or 18, washed but unpeeled)
3 c. water
1 Tbsp. salt
1 stick butter
6 chopped green onions
1 large clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 Tbsp. freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a large dish, cover potatoes with water. Add salt and seal tightly with lid. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender. In a saucepan, melt butter and add green onions, garlic, and pepper. When the potatoes are done, drain, drain off water. Pour butter sauce over the potatoes. Return to oven, uncovered, and bake for 15 minutes.
