½ c. margarine, softened
1⅓ c. sugar
2 eggs
¼ c. sour cream
2 T. light rum or milk
1 tsp almond extract
2 c. flour
1½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
1 c. mashed ripe bananas (3 bananas)
1½ c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and sugar in a large mixing bowl; cream until light and fluffy. Add egg, sour cream, rum, almond extract; mixing well.
Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Alternately with mashed bananas mixing well after each addition. Stir in pecans. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes until done. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
