8 eggs
2 c half-n-half
2 c cheddar cheese, grated
6 slices of bread
1 lb ground sausage
1 tsp salt
tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage and drain.
Beat eggs & milk slightly and season with salt and pepper.
Fold in sausage and cheese.
Butter bread and line 9 x 13 pan butter side down.
Pour mixture over bread and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
Uncover and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
