1 can - peaches (with syrup)
1½ sticks - butter, melted
1 pkg. - white cake mix
walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Pour peaches into a greased pan or dish. Sprinkle cake mix on top. Drizzled the butter over the top with the chopped walnuts. Bake in a 375º oven until nicely browned. Serve with ice cream or Cool Whip.
