4 eggs
1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
1 -15 oz. can pumpkin
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream Cheese Frosting
1 - 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In a large bowl, combine eggs, oil, sugar and pumpkin; blend well. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices. Gradually beat flour mixture into pumpkin mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour batter into greased and floured 18x12 inch pan. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until center springs back when touched lightly. Cool on wire rack before frosting with cream cheese frosting.'


For frosting: beat together cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add 1 c. powdered sugar, beating well. Beat in about 1 1/4 c. more powdered sugar to make of spreading consistency.
