1 cup mayonnaise
4 tps olive oil
1/2 tsp grated lemon zest
1 clove of garlic minced
1/2 salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 lb fresh asparagus
4 tbs shredded Asiago cheese
lemon wedges [optional]
1/2 tsp tarragon

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler. In a large bowl combine the mayonnaise, olive oil, grated lemon zest, minced garlic, salt and pepper then the add the asparagus. Place in a single layer of the asparagus on a wire rack over a foil lined 15 x 10 baking pan.

2. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat until tender, approximately 5 to 7 minutes then sprinkle with the Asiago cheese. If desired serve with lemon wedges.
