2 heads roasted garlic
1/2 cup butter, softened
4 oz goat cheese
1/2 oz. dried porcini mushrooms, divided
1 tsp thyme, chopped
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cover 1/2 of the mushrooms in just boiled water and let soak for 20 minutes before draining. Squeeze out excess liquid and chopped the mushrooms.
2. Grind the remaining mushrooms in a spice/coffee grinder to a coarse powder.
3. Mix Butter, garlic, goat cheese thyme, chopped mushrooms and mushrooms powder. Roll into a log in parchment paper and let chill in the refrigerator.
*** Can be frozen if not planning to use right away.




Serve on top of steaks or Any other choice of meat.
