1 lbs. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 box lasagna noodles
1 egg
1 (16 oz.) tub ricotta cheese, room temperature
1 pack (4 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese, shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook beef and onion together, drain and mix with sauce then set aside. Cook and drain lasagna noodles. Mix ricotta cheese and egg. In a 9x13 baking dish or lasagna dish, layer ingredients beginning with sauce and meat mixture then noodles, ricotta cheese mixture, then top with mozzarella and parmesan. Repeat two times ending with cheese. Bake for 30 mins or until bubbly and cheese is golden.
