1 lb. breakfast sausage
8-10 slices of bread, cubed
4 c. shredded cheese
6 eggs
t. salt
t. pepper
1 t. yellow mustard (or t. mustard powder)
2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage and drain grease. Grease a 9x13 dish. Spread bread cubes on the bottom. Sprinkle sausage and cheese over the top. Beat eggs in a mixing bowl. Add salt, pepper, mustard and 2 c. milk. Pour over casserole. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Heat oven to 325. Whisk cream of mushroom soup and c. milk and pour over casserole. Bake until firm and golden brown, about 1 hr. 10 min.
