1 1/2 lbs. beef chuck roast
carrots
celery
potatoes
1 can corn
onions
1/2 C. flour
4 C. beef stock
salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Cut roast in small cubes. Brown in pot with small amount of oil. Add 4 c. beef stock. Cook until beef is very tender. Add vegetables, salt, and pepper. Cook until vegetables are soft. Add water to flour to make paste. Add to soup to desired thickness.
