1 lb. Hot Italian Sausage(skinned before cooking)
2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion
1 green pepper
4 (20 oz.) cans, whole, peeled tomatoes
2 (20 oz.) can tomato sauce
2-3 tsp. chili powder(to taste)
2 cans dark and 2 cans light kidney beans
1 lb. cooked, elbow macaroni
Hot sauce for top
Grated cheddar cheese
Sour Cream

Directions:
Directions:
In Dutch oven, brown and crumble Italian sausage and ground beef. Drain fat. Add onions and peppers. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes, sauce, salt, pepper, and chili powder. Cook for about 30 minutes. Serve over macaroni, topped with cheese and sour cream.
