2 - 16oz. pkgs. Mushrooms
1 stick margarine
1/4 C. flour
3C chicken broth
1 pint whipping cream
6 C. whole milk
1/4 C. red wine vinegar
Dill Weed
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute’ sliced, washed mushrooms in margarine, until cooked. Remove mushrooms from pan, leave margarine in pan. Add flour to juices in pan, making a roux. When flour and margarine are well blended, add chicken broth,
slowly. stirring with a whisk to remove lumps. Add whipping cream, then milk. Add vinegar and spices to taste. DO NOT BOIL! Heat through.
