2 or 3 cans of black olives
fresh, minced garlic
olive oil
sea salt

This is a simple recipe, but should not ever be forgotten at Thanksgiving.
Drain olives. Add minced garlic and a small amount of olive oil. Mix together. Make this the day before as it gets better with time to marinate. Add a bit of sea salt to taste.
Serve at room temperature so the olive oil is not clumpy.
