1 1/2 lb. beef chuck roast
1 C. carrots, sliced
1 C. celery, chopped
1 bag frozen corn corn
2 C. potatoes, cubed
1 onion, chopped
1 bag frozen peas
1 bag frozen green beans
1 (20 oz.) can, whole tomatoes
4 C. water

Directions:
Directions:
Cut roast in small cubes. Brown in pot with small amount of oil.

Add 4 c. water. Cook until beef is very tender. Add vegetables, salt, and pepper. Cook until vegetables are soft.
