3 medium potatoes, cubed
1 large onion, chopped
1 1/2 C. Water
2 tbsp. chicken base
1/4 C. bacon, cooked & crumbled
Cheddar cheese, to taste
3 C. Heavy Cream
Salt & pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bring potatoes, onion, water, and bouillon to boil in soup pot. Add salt and pepper, to taste. Cover and cook until potatoes are tender. Add cream and heat through, do not boil. Add bacon and cheddar cheese when ready to serve.
