Destemmed mushrooms
1 lb sausage
12 oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Diced bacon
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg
Cube of butter
Salt and Pepper to taste

Shredded Parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients except the mushrooms and shredded parmesan

Fill mushrooms with mixture.

Dip in shredded Parmesan to coat top

Bake at 425 degrees for 20 min. or until sausage is cooked through.
