1 large can sweet potatoes in syrup (dice potatoes in bite size chunks)
1 16 ounce can each dark and light red kidney beans
1 16 ounce can black beans
2 large cans chili hot beans (I like Mrs. Grimes)
1 can spicy Rotel©
1/2 jar Chunky Salsa
1 cup Frozen Sweet Corn
Chili Powder to taste
Add Vegetable Broth if too thick

This is a dump and simmer cold weather meal. It tastes better everytime it is warmed up. It is colorful and beautiful when completed! My family loves it and we have added macaroni or eaten it with chips. Yummy, I need to make a batch! I will include a picture.
