Filling:

4 c. tuna - drained
1½ c. cheese
2 stalks celery - diced
½ c. mayonnaise
enough onion to taste - finely chopped

Dough:

1 pkg. yeast
2 T. warm water
2 c. buttermilk (can also make your own. 1 c. milk to 1 T. vinegar)
3 T. sugar
2 t. salt
1 T. baking powder
1 t. baking soda
5 c. flour
¾ c. shortening

For dough:

Dissolve yeast, add buttermilk, sugar and salt. In separate bowl combine flour, baking powder and baking soda. Cut in shortening. Add liquid ingredients and mix lightly. Do not knead. Roll out on lightly floured surface about ¼ " thick. cut into squares or triangles.

For filling:

Combine all ingredients until well mixed. Use about ¼ c. of filling for each square or triangle. Seal. Put on ungreased pan and leave in room temperature to rise and spread. Bake at 425º for 10-12 min.

*For variation, you can also use the same dough to make ham and cheese rolls and pizza rolls. Take the dough and cut rectangular strips. sprinkle ham and cheese or pizza sauce, cheese and pepperoni and roll up like you would a cinnamon roll. Bake at the same º425 temp. but time will be roughly 15-20 min to bake. They should be a light golden brown but make sure they don't over bake (you don't want any hockey pucks).
