1 bunch carrots
1 teaspoon chicken flavor base
1 teaspoon Bon Appetit
1 teaspoon sugar
3/4 cup water
4 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Parsley Flakes (optional)

1. Clean carrots and cut into rounds
2. Put in skillet with flavor base, Bon Appetit, sugar, water, 1 tablespoon butter
3. Cover; cook 12 minutes; drain
4. Add the remaining butter, lemon juice, honey, ginger, and nutmeg to carrots
5. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes, tossing frequently to thoroughly glaze carrots.
6. Sprinkle with parsley just before serving (optional)
