2 Cups. Flour
1 Tbsp. Ginger
2. tsp. Baking Soda
1. tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Salt
3/4 Cups. Shortening
1 Cup. White Sugar
1. Egg unbeaten
1/4 Cups. Molasses

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together flour, spices,, and salt. Cream in shortening, add sugar, Beat in Eggs, and Molasses. Sift in dry ingredients. Blend. Form into balls 2 “ apart in pan. Bake 350 Deg. oven 12-15 mins.



Faces: Dip balls in white sugar.
Add faces with raisins & maraschino cherries
