1 ONION, CHOPPED
1 STICK BUTTER
1 TBSP SAGE
SALT & PEPPER
2-3 CANS CHICKEN BROTH
1/2 CAN DRIPPINGS FROM TURKEY

LAY BREAD OUT ON COOKIE SHEET, TOAST ON BOTH SIDES, LIGHTLY TOASTED TO DRY OUT AND CUT INTO BITE SIZED PIECES.

SLOWLY COOK CELERY, ONION AND BUTTER TOGETHER UNTIL SOFT. ADD SAGE, SALT & PEPPER

IN BIG BOWL POUR OVER BREAD, CHICKEN BROTH- 1 WHOLE CAN QUICKLY, 2ND CAN ADD SLOWLY. IT WILL BE MUSHY ALL THE WAY THRU.

IN BUTTERED 13 X 9 PAN, USING A BASTER- SQUIRT TURKEY DRIPPINGS OVER THE TOP OF DRESSING.

BAKE 350 DEGREES FOR 35 MINUTES. TOP WILL LOOK CRUSTY
