1/4 cup butter
3 cups apples, chopped
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2cup white sugar (or can use 1/4 cup honey)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 T molasses
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 48 oz jar Great Northern Beans

Directions:
Directions:
1. In skillet melt butter and add cubed apples and cook until tender.
2. Add brown sugar and white sugar ( or honey if using) and cook until sugar is melted.
3. Stir in cinnamon, molasses, ketchup and salt
4. Add undrained beans. Mix well
5. Pour mixture into a lightly greased 2 Qt. casserole dish
6. Bake in preheated 350º oven for approximately 1 hour or until bean mixture has thickened
