1 Pound Broccoli (all small florets)
½ Pound Bacon
1 Cup Sunflower Seeds
½ Cup Raisins
1 Cup Mayonnaise
½ Cup Sugar
2 Tablespoons Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Prepare cookie sheet with parchment paper (or line with aluminum foil).
3. Place bacon strips onto cookie sheet and bake in preheated oven for 11-13 minutes per side.
4. While bacon is cooking, wash broccoli and cut into bite-sized florets before placing into large serving bowl.
5. In separate bowl, mix mayonnaise with sugar and vinegar. Set aside.
6. Remove cooked bacon from oven and allow to cool to room temperature.
7. When bacon is cooled, drumble into small pieces.
8. Add bacon, sunflower seeds and raisins to the broccoli.
9. Gradually stir mayonnaise mixture into broccoli mixture.
10. Refrigerate for a minumum of 4-hours before serving.
11. Toss before serving.
