4 Chicken breast halves
4 slices Swiss Cheese
4 Slices ham, sliced thin
¾ cup bread crumbs
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 egg + 3 T Milk
½ cup milk
8 toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
PreHeat oven to 350º
Pound Chicken breasts to ¼ inch thick. Lay out flat and place one slice Ham then Swiss cheese on each.
Roll into log shape and fasten poking toothpick into each to hold edge at each end.
Mix egg and 3Tbls. milk into bowl, beat with fork. Place breadcrumbs into another dish. Roll chicken log in egg mixture and then place into breadcrumbs until coated. Place oil into frying pan, heat, then brown the chicken logs. Roll trying to brown all sides. Remove from oil.
Place Soup and rest of milk into baking dish, stir till mixture is smooth. Place chicken into dish. Place into oven and bake uncovered for 45 minutes.
