Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound ground hamburger 1 pkg Taco Seasoning
Mexican-style shredded cheese Mild or Medium Salsa
Sour Cream (as much as you like) Shredded Lettuce
2 cans refrigerator crescent rolls 1 small can Black olives, sliced and drained

(Anything else you can think of that goes with Tacos, guacamole, diced tomatoes, jalapenos?)

This can also be made Vegetarian by substituting refried/black beans for the hamburger meat. Can also be made into a breakfast ring with scrambled eggs, diced onions and peppers, and plenty of cheese.

Preheat oven to 350º. Cook hamburger until brown, drain. Add Taco Seasoning, and cook according to package directions. Spray pan with non-stick spray. Arrange crescent triangles in a circle with bases overlapping in the center. Spoon Taco meat over rolls evenly, top with all the cheese and salsa you can handle. Fold points of traingles over filing and tuck under bases at center. Bake 20-25 minutes or untiil golden brown. Top with all the delicious things listed above and enjoy!

Directions:
Directions:
Upside-down Cornbread pizza

2 pounds Ground Hamburger
2 cans pizza sauce
Sliced cheddar cheese
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
**will need eggs and milk to make the mix
Cook and drain hamburger, add pizza sauce. Pour into cake pan (I use non-stick spray for everything). Top meat sauce with sliced cheese, covering the whole top. Mix cornbread mixture a little more runny than box reccomends, so it will cover the whole cake pan. Bake 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
