4 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
15 ounces of canned or fresh pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoon ginger
½ teaspoon cloves
½ teaspoon nutmeg

Frosting:
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
¾ stick butter
1 tablespoon cream or milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar

Directions:

Mix eggs, oil, sugar, and pumpkin in large bowl. In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients and spices until well blended. Add to pumpkin mixturel and mix well. Pour in greased and floured 12x18x1 pan. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes. Let cool before frosting.

For frosting, beat cheese, butter, vanilla and milk till soft. Add powdered sugar to correct consistency to spread. Spread on cooled bars, and cut into squares. Pumpkin bars freeze well.
