1 pkg. 8 oz. light garden vegetable spreadable cream cheese
1 cup Athenos Feta Cheese

9 sheets frozen Phyllo Pastry, thawed. Found in freezer section of store.

Spread a third of the spinach mixture along one short side of the phyllo.
Fold the sides in and roll up phyllo making a log. Repeat method using remaining phyllo sheets making 2 more logs. Spray logs with cooking spray. To prevent phyllo from cracking, score log at 1 in. intervals.
