Cake Batter:
3 cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
3 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp Vanilla
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 cup Pecans Chopped
3 Cups Raw Apples sliced thin

Icing: 1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Stick Butter
1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk (Carnation)

Mix all ingredients and fold in apples and pecans last. Pour into tube or bundt pan at 350 for about one hour.

Mix icing ingredients in sucepan. Bring to a boil and cook about 10 minutes. Pour over cooled Cake.
