Cake Batter:
3 cups Flour
2 Cups Sugar
3 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp Vanilla
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 cup Pecans Chopped
3 Cups Raw Apples sliced thin

Icing: 1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 Stick Butter
1/2 Cup Evaporated Milk (Carnation)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and fold in apples and pecans last. Pour into tube or bundt pan at 350º for about one hour.

Mix icing ingredients in sucepan. Bring to a boil and cook about 10 minutes. Pour over cooled Cake.
