Loaf:
3/4 Cup Butter
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup Flour
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
2 Eggs

Topping:
2 Lemons
1/4 Cup Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Loaf:
1. Preheat oven to 350. Line loaf pan with parchment paper, or prepare with butter/flour.
2. Cream butter, sugar and eggs until light and fluffly.
3. In separate bowl, sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
4. Add the flour mixture, alternately with the milk, to butter mixture (starting and ending with flour).
5. Pour into prepared loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes.

Topping:
1. Juice lemons
2. Add sugar to lemon juice.
3. Using long toothpicks, poke random holes in top of baked, hot, loaf.
4. Pour lemon topping over loaf.
