1 package White Chocolate Chips

1 large Candy Cane stick, or pack of candy canes (you can add more if you like).

1 1/2 teaspoons Peppermint Extract

Directions:
1. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Unwrap and break up candy cane into small pieces. I use a Ziploc bag and a rolling pin to achieve this. Set aside.

3. Melt White Chocolate in microwave 45 seconds and stir to melt together. If chocolate is not fully melted microwave additional 15 seconds and stir again. Careful not to overheat as it will ruin your chocolate.

4. Add Peppermint extract and stir in half of the candy cane pieces. Then spread onto lined baking sheet.

5. Top with remaining candy pieces and refrigerate.

6. When cold and set break candy by hand into desired size pieces.
