Ingredients: Pillsbury Already Pizza Crust Wedge of Parmesan Cheese Caesar Salad Dressing 8 ounce Monterey Jack Cheese 8 ounce Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breast Romaine lettuce, scallions, Roma tomatoes 3 cloves of Garlic Preheat oven to 375º. Cut chicken into strips. Stir fry chicken in Skillet with 1 Tablespoon Caesar dressing. Press 1 clove of garlic into skillet and stir. Roll dough out on pizza pan. Press 2 cloves of Garlic, spread garlic over pizza dough. Brush crust with salad dressing. Grate parmesan cheese to lightly cover crust. Shred Monterey Jack cheese on top of parmesan. Chop up cooked chicken breast and spread on crust. Repeat cheeses. Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Meanwhile: Slice Roma tomatoes into thick slices, place in large bowl. Snip lettuce with Kitchen scissors. Slice green onions add to bowl. Add 2 Tablespoons of dressing. Mix tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and dressing. Top baked pizza with this mixture before serving, and grate parmesan on top. Grind Salt & Pepper to taste.

Directions:Banana split Brownie Pizza 1 package Brownie mix 2 packages of Cream cheese, softened 2/3 Cups Sugar 1 can (8 ounce) crushed pineapple, drained Banana and Strawberry slices 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional) 1 ounce semi-sweet chocolate 1 T butter or margarine Parchment paper
Preheat oven to 375º. Prepare brownie mix in bowl according to package directions. Spray cake pan with non-stick spray. Pour brownie mixture into pan. Bake 15-20 minutes or until set. Cool to room temperature. Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Spread over brownie "crust." Top with fruit and nuts. Melt chocolate and butter together, stirring until smooth. Drizzle over pizza. Chill. |
