½ cup butter or margarine
½ cup of shortening
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
3 eggs
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 cups flour
2½ cup salted peanuts

Directions:
Directions:
Using an electric mixer, cream shortening, butter, sugars, and eggs. Add baking soda, baking powder, flour, and mix until blended. Add peanuts, and mix well.
Drop from spoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 8-10 minutes
