3 tablespoons oil
2 cups broccoli florettes
2 cups cauliflower florettes
1 red bell pepper, cut in squares
1 lb beef flank steak, cut in thin strips
1 cup stir-fry sauce mix

Directions:
Directions:
In wok, heat oil on medium heat. Add broccoli and cauliflower florettes. Stir-fry 3 minutes. Add red pepper, stir-fry 1 minute. Remove vegetables.
Add steak to wok, stir-fry 3 minutes until beef is browned. Add back the vegetables. Stir in sauce mix and bring it to boil. Boil 1 minute. Serve with sticky rice.
