2 3/4 cup self rising flour
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cup mashed ripe bananas
1 cup oil
2 eggs

FROSTING
2 cups packed light or dark brown sugar
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons butter
8 tablespoons half and half, heavy cream or whole milk

Mash ripened bananas (I use very ripe bananas)
Add sugar and eggs
Cream together
Add oil and mix
Add flour
Pour into prepared Bundt pan and bake 40-45 minutes

FROSTING
Add packed sugar in bowl and add flour and blend together
Add to heavy saucepan adding butter and milk
Over low heat stir until butter melted and blended
Turn up heat and stirring constantly bring to a hard boil, boil one minute, stirring constantly and remove
from heat. Stir until beginning to thicken. Frost cooled cake

This is a very old recipe that came from my mother and was a family favorite. I don’t know where it came from but it’s been a favorite of mine forever.
