2 Tablespoons Water
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/4 Cup White Corn Syrup
2 Egg Whties

Directions:
Directions:
1. Blend Sugar, corn syrup and water in small saucepan over low heat.
2. Raise heat and boil rapidly until mixture spins a 6-8 inch thread.
3. When mixture begins to boil, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
4. Pour hot syrup in thin stream into egg beats - beating constantly - until it stands very stiff.
