4 3 oz. Chicken breasts cutlets or Veal cutlets
2 Tbsp. Flour
3/4 cup breadcrumbs (option)
6 Tbsp. Butter divided
2 cups mushrooms
1 cup Marsala cooking wine (Holland House)
2 Tbsp. Parsley chopped
2 Tbsp. Rosemary chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste

Pound chicken to ¼ inch, dredge lightly on both sides in flour, Dom likes Italian breadcrumbs so dredge chicken after flour dredge. Melt 2 Tb. Butter in skillet. Turn heat to high, add chicken and cook 4 minutes on each side. Remove from heat, set aside. Melt 2 Tb. Butter in skillet, add mushrooms, medium heat until brown. Add Marsala cooking wine, deglaze, add 2 Tb. Butter, parsley, Rosemary. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over Chicken, Serve.
