1 32 oz pkg Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes, thawed
3/4 cup Melted Butter or Margarine
1/2 cup finely chopped Onion
1 10 oz can Cream of Chicken or Celery Soup
1 8 oz carton Sour Cream
1 cup Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 cups crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, onion, soup, sour cream, cheese and mix well. Spoon into a 9 X 13 buttered dish. Add the other 1/3 cup butter with the crushed flakes. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake 350º for 50 minutes. Don;t overcook or bottom will get burned.
