Chicken Breasts - Split in half (thin breasts)
Mayonnaise
Hot Sauce (Frank's or Sweet Baby Ray's)

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk Mayo and Hot Sauce - make sure the mixture has a nice pinkish color, so its not too mayonnaissy

Cut Chicken - either pound them or cut thin - the thinner they are, the tastier.

Grill both sides until fully cooked. The Mayo cures it perfectly and holds in the flavor.

Serve.

It is also good on a toasted bun for a delicious buffalo chicken sandwich.
