2- 8 ounce packages Cream Cheese, softened
1 package Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing Mix (milk recipe)
2 minced Green onions
4 12 inch flour tortillas
1/2 Cup diced Red Peppers
1/2 cup diced Celery
1 cup black olives, drained and sliced


Mix first 3 ingredients. Spread on tortillas. Sprinkle on remaining ingredients.
Roll up and wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
Chill 2 hours.
Cut off roll ends and cut rolls into 1 inch slices.

Ham Appetillos:

1 package Super Size flour tortillas
2-8 ounce packages of cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup mayonnaise (Miracle Whip)
2 Tablespoons chopped Green onion
1/4 Cup chopped black olives
2-2 1/2 packages sliced, pressed cooked ham

Combine cream cheese, mayo, onion and olives and spread thin layer on tortillas. Arrange 4 slices of ham over cheese. Tightly roll up tortillas. Wrap individually in plastic wrap. Chill 3 hours or overnight.
