Salad:
1 head of broccoli
1 medium red onion
raisins (optional)
sunflower seeds (optional)
1/2 lbs. of fried crisp bacon

Dressing:
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. vinegar
1 c. mayonnaise

























Directions:
Directions:
Salad:
1. Wash and drain broccoli and break into small flowerets. Set aside.
2. Chop red onion
3. Drain bacon and break into small pieces
4. Combine all ingredients just before serving

Dressing:
1. Dissolve sugar and vinegar in microwave for just a few seconds until it is well blended. Be careful not to overcook
2. Mix in mayonnaise, blending well
3. Pour over salad 10-15 minutes before serving.
