12 large mushrooms
2 T butter
1 medium chopped onion
1/2 cup diced pepperoni
1 small clove garlic minced
3 T parmesan cheese
1/2cup crushed ritz crackers (12)
1 T sniped parsley
1/2 tsp seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
dash of pepper
1/3 cup chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Wash mushrooms. Remove and chop stems. Sauté onion in butter and add pepperoni, garlic and stems. Cook until tender not brown. Add cracker crumbs, cheese, parsley, seasoned salt, oregano and pepper. Stir in chicken broth. Stuff into mushroom caps. Place in a shallow pan with 1/4" water covering bottom. Bake at 325º for 25 minutes
