2 T olive oil
2 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dark brown sugar packed
1 pounds of flat iron steak

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat grill to high (450 degrees)
Whisk together all ingredients except steak and rub mixture onto 1 side of the steak
Oil the grill then grill steak, seasoned side down, about 2 minutes. Turn steak over and grill 4-6 minutes more for medium rare or 7-9 minutes for medium.

Use half the brown sugar and grill the steak in the oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes on a panini grill. This works for fajitas.
